Due to the personal and hygienic nature of contact lenses, all lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and quality of every product we provide.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on product availability.

To qualify for an approved return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Lunara Aura does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect lens selection.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
